Due to Redfor not answering our proposal we now extend it towards Blufor.
The delegate sent to Redfor is recalled and sent to Blufor where he regurgitate the same deal: "For every two oil you wish to purchase from us you must pay us one favour, you can have a maxim of twenty oil from us at any time but you must pay the according amount of favour. We may also speak about oil loans but that may be for another time..."
