Will post later.

Edge.
A filthy waste just past the edge of the Teeth, a span of rocky crags that seperate the Outlands and the tribal/keeper settlements of Vimary and the Great Sea. It's here where most of us end up. After a grueling trek, or a ride on one of the many caravans or Steelengines still operable across the few passes not blocked off or too eroded to use. After this, nothing but a dry, dusty wasteland. Nothing but sand and dirt and rock. Even here, windstorms blow in, every now and then, faster then the drifters. Why do I head west, you ask? Many reasons. Work. Oppertunity. Killing. Some sort of family vengeance, or desire to escape the hell that the Seven Tribes and the Z'Bri Horrors take upon those sane enough to leave. Some of us want to stay. Build our lives out here, or go to the nearby communities; what's left of them. Others... They leave, many never return, out into the Dustbowl, the Waste, whatever you call it. Taking cars and all manners of weapons with them. And some simply wander. Seeking a future. Seeking purpose. Founding new settlements, or striving to preserve the semblance of law that Edge seems to provide in the nearby land. What you do know is that we aren't much. In a world of thousands, we're the one percent. The one exception. Besides Hattan, Delpha, Char, and The Hub, amongst others. Most of our settlement is built on the remains of a destroyed town, some broken heap after the Seed wrecked most of the old world. They still trouble us, from time to time. But we've handled them. What you don't know is that we have the remains of what seems to be the last known Guzzoline deposit east of the Dustbowl. Normally, this'd mean trouble. That's why we have rangers. Edge, as it's name implies, sits on the edge of many things. The edge of life and death, of future and fortune. But, if you're like me... All you need is another ticket west. Maybe you'll find what you're looking for.
