Now hear this! All hands to battle stations for early Christmas gift! (everyone tripping over themselves)
42 BBY
In a Galaxy, far far away...
Darth Plagueis has conducted the grand experiment... but in a cruel twist of intentions the force has delivered to him not the dark spawn he desired, but instead the Jedi's chosen one, promised to bring balance to the Force. The chosen one's location remains unknown, even to Plagueis, however the Jedi order has sent expeditions to several systems to find him, including and not limited to Tatooine, Dantooine, Sullust and several other planets.
With the Death Watch crippled and Jango Fett stepping up to the plate as the Mand'alor, the Jedi and the senate soon realize the threat that is a powerful and nearly independent Mandalore. Soon, systems begin to fall in line with the Mandal example, taking their own concerns out of the hands of the senate. But all is not well within Mandalore as animosity begins to mount between the New Mandalorians and Jango Fett, heading the "True Mandalorians". With ever-growing mando support, as well as support from the Republic, the New Mandalorians are a significant threat to Jango's rule.
On Sullust, an unprecedented growth rate is seen for it's citizens - with a greater population comes a greater need for the infrastructure that supports life on Sullust, more specifically for the humans. With this greater need for human-specific infrastructure, animosity between the native Sullustans and the non-native humans begins to rise behind the scenes, and with a very separate populous, Sullustans and Humans alike have begun self-segregating the two cultures.
On Geonosis, skirmishes for underground water wells have begun to erupt between various Hive Queens of Geonosis. Although Archduke Poggle has begun using the main army to defuse these situations, tensions dramatically increase. At the same time, the Trade Federation comes to Poggle with their plans of a war of independence under the command of Count Dooku. Their plan involves Baktoid Automaton constructing a new battledroid of theirs - it is cheap, and works well, and Geonosis could pump out an approximate 8 billion per year. Count Dooku awaits Poggle's response. Mandalore- Geopolitical Planetary animosity between the New Mandalorian(under the control of Duchess Satine) faction and the current government of the True Mandolorians(under control of Jango Fett). - Interplanetary Political Animosity grows between the Republic and Mandalore. - Economic No new issues. - Military Complete lack of publicized military means that employment of military personnel at standard bounty hunter rate. Geonosis- Geopolitical Conflicts arise between several hive queens over water wells claimed by several different hives. Poggle responds with military intervention. - Interplanetary Political Trade Federation representative, Count Dooku, comes to Geonosis with plans for war against the Galactic Republic and asks for Geonosian assistance in this war. He awaits Poggle's response. - Economic Due to conflicts over major water sources, Geonosian - Military Sullust- Geopolitical Animosity between the Sullustan and Human populations of Sullust over the cost of additional, particularly human, population. - Interplanetary Political No new issues. - Economic Growing population requires additional infrastructure, causing government spending to naturally increase. - Military No new issues.

(Sorry for the wait, got a little busy with school.)
Queen Sh'Rina, Karina the Great of the Stalgasin hive, proposes to Poggle a nationalization of the water resources on Geonosis. Military efforts so far, she argues, have only caused problems in the unity between the queens, primarily because the hives have too much power away from her leading hive's control. The assistance of the Confederacy, she proposes, would be useful in securing the water resources under a planetary banner, which would then allow Poggle to distribute water equally to the hive queens -- or, if hive queens are disloyal, cut off their supply altogether. A show of faith towards the Confederacy also may be helpful in negotiations, especially if Poggle intends to produce so many droids for them.
Meanwhile, Poggle the Lesser confers with Dooku via HoloNet. He expresses that, in the event of war between the Galactic Republic and any seperatist cause backed by Geonosis, the Geonosians would become a significant war target. Should even part of the planet fall, the resulting dip in production for the Seperatist cause would be enough to turn the tide of the war in the Republic's favor, which -- especially so early on -- may snowball into a bigger military and logistical problem, potentially the end of the Confederacy. Instead, Poggle amends Dooku's offer: Geonosis is willing to produce 2-4 million droids per year, and will devote the remainder of our production to an independent Geonosian space force. With the assistance of the Confederacy, Poggle proposes an expansion of Geonosian military influence into several nearby systems, most notably Andooweel, Utaruun, and Kernal Station, before the construction of additional hives and factories. Poggle projects that said factories may be fully staffed and operational within two years, and by then Geonosis would be able to at least double it's industrial capacity while mitigating the risk of a Republic victory at Geonosis. The support of the Confederacy in this regard would help the swift take-over of those worlds into Geonosian control, something that (normally) would require waiting until the completion of the Geonosian fleet to achieve. Poggle also suggests to Dooku the establishment of a Geonosis-based technological research group to increase the combat efficiency of the current B-series Battle Droids, who (besides being tied to a vulnerable remote command) have repeatedly displayed in combat tests a lax regard for the use of important combat characteristics, such as cover, initiative, and teamwork. With the funding and collaboration of large technological syndicates such as the Techno Union and the Trade Federation, Poggle hopes that the group will be able to develop an improved, or 'C', series of Battle Droids to replace the current models, along similar lines to the intelligent (but harder to produce) OOM-series. Even if production decreases in the short-term, Poggle argues, the establishment of additional hives outside of Geonosis should enable Baktoid Combat Automata and it's subsidiaries to produce an amount of improved droids in line with the current requests. Besides, the development of a Geonosian fleet would bolster the Confederacy's military power in the event of war with the Galactic Republic.
Meanwhile, Geonosian representatives are sent to the Verpines of the Roche Asteroid Field, the Khommites of Khomm, and the company Spaarti Creations on Cartao to inquire on the feasability and cost of either contracting the development of a cloning project or liscencing cloning technologies for Geonosian use, preferably based on Geonosis. The representatives are authorized to make concessions on behalf of the Geonosian Hives to secure a favorable agreement. All negotiations are concluded seperately.
Poggle sends a HoloNet request to Mandalore, inquiring the cost of hiring a legion of Mandalorians for military use on a nearby planet.
