Don't know which to choose. Mustafar has basically no one there so that is a serious problem but in terms of exports and the presence of the Techno Union could be interesting
Malastare on the other hand is much more conventional...

I believe mustafar has a native population that is actually quite technologically advanced, building cities with biotech and such stuff like that, as well as being resistant to extremely hot temperatures. Mustafar itself is rather uncolonized, though- Perhaps you could expand colonies throught the planet/system?
