Following increased international support by Yugoslavia and France for production, the Czech Army has comissioned the production and resale of the new KH-50 "Kolohousenka" design (pictured above). Although it will not see service within the Czech army due to it's outdated nature, it will be sold to the international community as a 'Light Tank' to support infantry, such as with the Renault FT or the T-18. The design is specifically intriguing due to it's highly efficient gearbox and transmission system, allowing the installing of a twin Track/Wheel suspension design, with roadwheels mounted on the drive sprockets and jockey wheels behind them to support the tracks. It has 13mm of armor all-around, and boasts a 37mm Short gun for infantry support, along with a single hull-mounted 30cal machinegun with space for a second. It's 50hp engine allows it to move 13 km/h on treads across rough terrain, and 35 km/h on roads on flat or simple terrain. More designs of similar nature are to be produced. The United Kingdom produces and comissions soon the Morris-Martel Tankette (pictured above). Functioning on similar designs, with an open top, it boasts 7.6mm of armor all-around, a single 47mm Short gun for support, and four 30cal Vickers Machine Guns, linked in tandem to be operable by the crew. It is capable of 45km/h on flat terrain and roads, but with it's 16 hp engine, it is difficult to navigate off of roads and flat areas. Designed for reconnisance, it is equipped with advanced sights and recon equipment, and has extended range with it's Morris Motor engine. Despite being officially discontinued in favor of the Carden-Lloyd design, it is still availible for limited leasing, depending on nation.

(MFW the Kolohousenka is a ice cream van) (IKR) With this new Czech design on the way, Zastava Group, Ikarus and Bratishka DF soon take concepts from this design to design newer, more advanced light tank designs for the Czechs, based on a down-scaled ZS-25.1 design, in concert and cooperation with Skoda to produce a tank design that works for the Czechs. As well, Bratishka DF begins a bid to Skoda to replace their turret design and turret ring with a "More Slavic stylized" turret, so that a more proper traverse and elevation system can be mounted, so that larger guns can be properly handled within the turret.

Gabriel's Pyramid, Paris, France
President Gabriel makes a radio broadcast speech from Gabriel's Pyramid regarding the monarchist's, German debt, and more.
"Today we must look to the future, not the past. To the monarchist's protesting currently, I ask that you to help your nation progress further and contribute to a working population. And to those of you worried about Germany repaying their debt, I say this; Germany will pay it's debt in full, no exceptions, no negotiations. We will build a wall between us and Germany, and make them pay for it! Now, let us look forward to a prosperous future."
President Gabriel sends a proposal to Germany outlining the following: - Germany will pay it's debt in full plus interest, under threat of occupation. - Germany will fund the construction of an advanced wall in between France and Germany.
If the demands in the proposal are not met, Gabriel promises the money will be retaken through other means. (loving Gabriel trump) The government of Germany is outraged at the threats of occupation coming from France, and would remind them as to the existence of the Rhineland pact. As for any "German France wall" Our forces have been constructing defences between our nations for the last several years, and see no reason to build a physical wall.

Euskaludna Steel Co.
Upon hearing of the withheld shipment, We would like to make an offer to supply a reserve 7980 tonnes of steel from our reserve stockyards. with much more being produced in up to 6 or 7 other mills we would happily accommodate a relief shipment to keep the Rhineland industrial area stable and useful.

So soon after the 1922 experiments, a group of various Serb, Bosnian, Croatian and Bulgarian scientists conduct a similar test involving radio receivers and transmitters. Determining the result was in fact correct. Furthermore, they find as well that making the receivers less sensitive to radio makes them better at determining the distance between the receiver and transmitter. They propose a sea safety measure to the Navy and Coast Guard; that all ships have these tuned-down receivers and transmitters in order to more accurately gauge distance and collision warning between ships with said safety feature. All receivers will broadcast on extremely low band channels with a constant beeping - this is perfect for alerting other sea captains of proximity. As the beeping gets more clear, the proximity warning indicates a closer distance.
A vote is held on whether this new tech should be incorporated into all ships as a safety measure(with significant coast guard explanation and support). Another vote is held on whether or not to create a state-owned research and development team for civilian technology.

Many express favorability for the idea, but a concern over budget and physical resources within Yugoslavia alone is raised, rendering the vote down by a slight margin. As stated, however, the idea is popular- Numerous companies, KONČAR Group in particular, begin reaching outside of Yugoslav borders to search for suitable governmental and non-governmental support. The scientists are quickly offered employment at KONČAR, and a new KONČAR RII (Radio Istraživanja Instituite) is established as a subsidiary. At current rate, even with support, the project will take significant financing, financing many worry the Yugoslav government cannot afford, and at least until 1931 before a new test can be made.
Hearing news of the Treaty, the Kingdom of Romania formally sends a delegation to Belgrade, petitioning a Yugoslav moderation and support in re-opening the treaty in the League of Nations, a suitable body (in their eyes) to mediate agreements, rather then the goals of a few nations, such as France and Britain. They also state their intent to reclaim the promised reward of the allied powers- That is, all of Translyvania. As for Szekely Land, they are amenable to ideas on how to allow the Hungarians to maintain control of this region, at least as a temporary solution.

Saar, The Rhineland The Hispano Corporation was doing well. with 4 Aleman and 5 Suizia plants located in the outskirts of germany, production had been steady and the vehicles and arms produced had flowed steadily. the new rail lines opened early last year had served well to expedite transportation. in regards to the proximity to France, the 1st shock army battletrain had been the primary runner for the shipments. a total of 450 soldiers and 20 officers accompany the shipments and help with loading and matinence.
Endless lines of tanks stretch to the horizon and the black smoke collumns drift ever upward.

The Yugoslav international minister makes a statement to the Romanian and Hungarian governments - "We will not cease negotiations until both nations involved, Romania and Hungary, are satisfied with the outcome. Our goal here is fairness and the ceasing of hostilities between Hungary and Romania. Peace is our goal here."
The negotiations will be held in Belgrade, with the President personally attending.

The Romanian government reiterates that the treaty, since it was signed with the allied and central powers, must be done through the League of Nations. Since it must involve them either way, and independent negotiations will not be recognized, the League of Nations is the best body in place to ensure safe moderation and bipartisanship during the peace process. That said, the Romanian delegation graciously accepts the offer, and sends a delegation, along with King Ferdinand I and his son, Miachel I, to Belgrade.
A military parade is soon after held in Bucharest, showcasing Romania's new lend-leased equipment and army forces.

We have no intention of circumventing the League of Nations - quite the opposite; we wish to include them in any process required. We would simply like the writing of the proposal for the reopening of the treaty to occur in Belgrade, after which it will be directed to the League of Nations, where they'll be included in every process of the negotiation that follows.
The King and his son(and whatever escort of guards they decide to take with them) are given accommodations in the hotel opposite the street to the Parliament building. The first thing that they notice is the massive stadium-like parliament. Also of note is the statue memorial of Nikola Pasic standing in the courtyard of the Parliament.

Euskaludna Steel corp.Mine 163aThe foreman of the mine knew that the miners in the lowest shafts had been getting sick for weeks. even at Barcelonas top hospital the medics and doctors could not find any issues. advanced blood-work and disease tests all came back negative. the slag heaps and tailings left strange types of flaky rust on the mine carts, and the light bulbs in the miners helmets burnt out exceptionaly quick. sick for weeks, all the miners who worked in the shaft 1, 6 and 4B were all falling weak. vomiting blood and going blind. the iron ore had given way to Pyrite, and that had given way to a thin coal seam before veins and seams of a odd crystalline ore. the man with the first pick to break into the rock had originally thought it to be a new type of super-deep Emerald ore. But as he brought it to the Mine HQ it turned a sickly green. it lost its luster and the cubic crystals hardened. his fingernails fell off as he carried it back the following week. more and more of the pale green rocks were being slagged to get to the precious steel, and yet it brought worry to the mine Foreman and Owner of ESK steel. any photos of the strange unknown deposits taken in the deep dark shafts were massively overexposed and had odd grainy patches when developed.

Piłsudski himself goes to meet the German reps in Danzig. He takes with him his new plans for the independent state outlying that the state will have a vote separated into districts of 50,000 people. This vote will ask these people who they identify with, Polish heritage, or Germanic heritage. Once the numbers are received and the districts determined to be Polish or Germanic, a second vote will occur! In this vote the people of the Free State of Danzig will choose to wether join with their ethnic nations or stay independent. In this, however, is a contract stating that if the vote passes and should Danzig flip to Germany; Poland is guaranteed %10 of the Danzig dockyard and that any Polish citizens in the city get a joint passport between both Germany and Poland.
Once in the meeting with the Germanic representatives, Piłsudski would propose this deal that will hopefully end this Danzig debate once and for all.

Upon further consideration, this post has been voted down and removed. We will not have depleted uranium shells in 1927. However, that said, I am totally fine with investments into this a few updates down the line- Nobody's started a nuclear program yet, and I don't mean to be a killjoy. I simply want to stick with the realism of the time. -GM
Euskaludna Steel, Research Lab 1A
Uranium Ore. A Stable mix of observable minerals Pitchblende and a little bit of Autunite and Torbernite. The rock is radioactive, giving off harmful rays as it sits and slowly crumbles. most of the lab techs realized this and they wear thick canvas overalls and goggles and masks. the miners however had almost all died due to exposure. the week following the discovery of the seam, precautions had been taken. the mine shaft entrances had been sealed almost instantly. trapping at least 40 workers in the irradiated holes. an unknown amount of the element lies in the deepest recesses of the mine and no sooner than the lab techs had finished the analysis, 4 men from the CNFP arrived at the doors. they escorted the scientists to black chrysler coupes outside. at the mine, a platoon of the CNG was posted to avoid any other people being exposed. The men from the lab were brought into the cars and not told where they were headed. an hour later they arrived at the Barcelona parliament. and as they were hurried inside, they found themselves in a room with Marshall Ferran D. Vahlen and Marshall Sergi .M Rojas. alongside the two generals there was the el lider himself. Carmacho turned to the men as they took seats at the table.
"Gentlemen, i understand our industrial workers have made a discovery. one of grave importance."
Rojas spoke next "The minerals you find in that mine, they are ten times more valuable than the steel you find there. and you have proven they are deadly. the week you have been studying the rocks, you ave found several disturbing properties yes? lets see" He flips through a large folder with reports and lab-work as well as more of the distorted photos and writing. "Isotopic properties, damaging short and long term affects to humans and 100% of other cell based life forms. cells and tissue, eyes and brains. mice exposed to a powdered enviroment suffered considerably during the experiments course?" "Yes, we believe the rocks to be of grave radiological and isotopic importance." Carmacho spoke up "Grave importance indeed. you see, we understand the rudimentary basis of radiation, the simplistic application in X-ray and photographic documentation. however this 'Uranium' is a very different problem." Vahlen added while reading the lab mouse report "with this many workers dying after simply being around it, and this being a elementaly impure mineral; what would the effects be if we purposley exposed a human population to a powdered form of uranium that has been refined?" The Scientists looked shocked and appaled at the question "who would deserve to endure such suffering? this discovery is very important. we need to think of the saftey of others and of the enviroment first!" Carmacho looked at them. "Our safety, yes. ineed. but what about the saftey of our enemies? those that wish harm upon us? as a nation? as a people?" they looked perplexed "What of them, nations army and men at arms and implements of war serve to maintain our saftey." he stared "they deserve no safety." he turned to Rojas "As Marshall Rojas is the head of weapons development for the Catlan armed forces, i will be putting him in charge of studying and developing this danger into a benefit." the looks of shock returned "We cannot weaponize this, it would be devastating, inhumane! this is clearly a danger to man!" Carmacho turned back "Exactly why we it so soon" the marshalls looked at them "there is a ESK steel plant in the north west, you will have a compliment of workers and other scientist and military engineers. we have informed the engineers from Elizaldia and Hispano-Aleman to accompany you. the location will have everything you need. a hydroelectric generator near the river, and the mine and steel plant in the side of a mountain. we trust you will find a way to keep the ore flowing from the mine yes? the CNG will have a sealed entrance and enclosed mine carts to bring it up to the surface. we have provided miners with proper equipment to minimize exposure and the smelting facility at the steel plant can take high enough temperatures to refine the ore. this paper says...1132.2 °C? the plant will burn hotter, steel casings and filters for the workers are in place. i can assure you that you will work hard." he motions the the CNFP agents standing by the doors.
Days later, Euskaludna Steel plant 48
they blasted the loads of rocks with all the coke and coal they could. adding other secret minerals and camphor logs and constant pressure from the bellows had finally melted the iron ore and granite off the chunks of ore. during the smelting classified ingredients were also added as the furnaces heated. at the bottoms of the furnaces, crucibles with steel mesh filters had sieved out the dust. heavy and a fine powder, the sickly green colored powder was then deposited into steel casings and stacked in a concrete room built into the ground and with a heavy steel door and 3 windows. the workers complained of constant headaches and nosebleeds, but non had died yet. the scientists had been morally opposed to the proscess. "this is no better than packing these shells full of mustard gas or chlorine! have you seen what it does to people!" they exclaimed at CNFP agents hurried them along as they protested and likened it to producing Gas weapons like in the great war. however the week before, a case of the refined powder had been packed into a 225 pound bomb casing. the air force had spared 2 of its italian bought-catlan engined bombers and 1 observer plane. the bombs were dropped and the light powder spread as they detonated. unsure as to the yield, the military observers told the scientists they were to pack the powder into the casings around the center, a ring of uranium around the explosive to maximize the spread of the sickening element. bomb casings and unprimed 41pdr shells sat piled up as the workers slaved to build the worst weapons of war since the gasses of the western front. horrors of nature turned against man and nature.

At the steel plant, work is continued on refining and smelting the ore while the scientist are pressed to research the properties and effects of the mineral. alongside uranium production the production of Chlorine and Mustard gas are also started at the euskaludna steel plant 48 was re purposed. workers brought back and new buildings struck up. bustling with the production of weapons deep in the catalonian mainland at the foot of the mountains. while no actual use for the uranium in the way of direct weapons appication has been found yet, more work into isotopic and radioative study are underway.

A reporter records an off-hand comment made by Pavel Milykov, Chairman of the State Duma about the statement of Sergius. The comment suggested possible corruption in regards to the Orthodox Church and the Tsar.
The current governing body does little to hinder Yosef after his release. Despite criticism, the current government fears the backlash of any actions taken against him, and let him continue his protestations.
Though talks of a ‘Tsaritsyn Manifesto’ arise, the concept never gets off the ground as divisions between leaders of the White faction hinder development of such a document.
Actions taken by the Kadet government have negligible impact in regards to labour laws. Though the Kadet government attempts to gain forward movement in regards to working reform, it claims to be bogged down by allegations of corruption.
As the state of the military continues to deteriorate due to structural inefficiencies which have clearly been highlighted in the aftermath of the Red Revolution and the Russo-Japanese war. There is a clear need to reform the military and under the recommendation of members of the State Council, the government has formed the Russian National Army in aims to become self-sufficient and modernise the military. This coincides with the recent success of growth of industry. With this great forward potential it is aimed to be used to help re-vitalise the Russian military. One area which has recently been experiencing the front of this neglect is the development of the T-18 Light Tank and will receive increased funding (as will most areas of the military) as the Russian budget is revised to fill in holes which need to be filled in for the stability of the nation. Though self-sufficiency is a clear goal of the changes in the budget, with many potential rising industries being the clear target of it, there is an obvious openness to foreign investment.

The United Kingdom, hearing these threats, soon organizes an address to parliament, and to Europe, by it's prime minister, Ernest Augustus Taylor.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, Lords and Officials, members of the British parliament, public, and royal family; "We have yet again come to a crossroads. Europe, as was during the Great Mistake, is again at the brink of a foolish war over foolish ideals. Both with the German refusal to pay it's rightful debt, the Fascist threats of armageddon, and the French insistence on the forced repayment of this debt, have now endangered us, the United Kingdom, and, indeed, all Europe. "The practices of Free Trade, as endorsed by ourselves in the former Empire Free Trade League and the modern British Indipendence Party, cannot be threatened. We must not, as a nation, nor as a European continent, to overturn the peace and economic security so sought after by our fathers and fore-fathers before us. We cannot allow such petty disputes to cloud our judgement, just as the obligations to alliances and the great 'Concert of Europe' clouded our freedom of mind in ages past. To disrupt such trade and such peace on this continent, which has so far presented itself as an agent of evil masked under the sake of good or justice, I would urge, we cannot endorse. Both members of my party, the Free Trade supporters, and indeed, most all members of this Parliament are in agreement over the need for trade, either free or tariffed, to continue unhindered on this continent, for the benefit of our people, and all European peoples, after the end of this Great and terrible World War. "To this end, I would propose to you, and indeed, to all peoples of Europe, to bring this matter before the international community to face equal and just judgement before the altar of the world, where all members of our society can judge to see what these practices hold. Our duty, in this hour, is not to ourselves; but to our children, and our children's children. I ask of you: Must we risk war simply for the sake of such small economic benefits? Should we continue to push inadequate and impossible solutions over the diplomacy that for so long has held our nations together in European brotherhood? "No. It must not. We cannot fail. I will not allow us to abstain any further on this matter, and we will settle this in the courts and boardroom, not on the battlefield. Not again. Never again."
After the program ends, Ernest Taylor authorizes and invokes Article 13 of the League of Nations Charter, forcing all members of the dispute, as members in the League of Nations, to appear before the League in Geneva and solve the matter in an arbitrated council, and thereafter, a judicial court. All members are required to attend. The United Kingdom, if need be, as an outside and uninvolved power, will allow arbitration of private negotiations should the required League settlement not be satisfactory.

Meanwhile, the Yugoslav Admiralty shows interest in using it's albeit limited budget to purchase several outdated submarines from England and France, as well as purchasing the SMS Kolberg from France as well as the SMS Gorgon from England(as well as enough mm guns to re-arm the Kolberg), to bolster it's current inventory of vessels. These vessels(mostly from pre WWI), will be paid for over a five-year period, so that room in the naval budget can be made for immediate refit of both vessels and the submarines.

(Correction; he invoked Article 13. You must attend.) (Or not, but that's summary to breaking ties with the League of Nations altogether.)

Paris, FranceGabriel makes an announcement to Germany. "For far too long Germany's extensive debt has gone uncollected while the reap the benefits of trade, as though it didn't exist. The Great War must be payed for in some way, and Germany has consistently ignored requests to peacefully repay the Republic of France. This why, as of today, I am declaring an emergency situation in France. Legally, the Rhineland is now French property until such time as the debt is repayed. I don't take this lightly, beleive me, but they have ignored my warnings for too long. The French people demand repayment for what they fought and died for, we must not let our narrow victory slip into the void! On a side not I'm introducing France's new battle flag, it's fantastic, a gorgeous flag. The French deserve the best let me tell you, you are gonna love this flag. I've got some great people, they're great people who designed this flag. I'm the best at flags." The flag in questionGabriel prepares to head to Geneva by Rail for the League of Nations meeting. French Morroco, French Africa, French MadagascarBills are passed making it completely legal and easy for citizens in French Africa, Morroco, and Madagascar to move to France and live there, and also makes it completely legal for Frenchmen to move to the colonies. Rhineland Border, France200 Gabriel LX tanks and 500 soldiers arrive by rail.
